Work With Craft

Salary: £30-40k pa / in line with experience

We are looking for a talented PHP developer to join our growing ecommerce agency based in Bath, UK. This is a full-time position open to local and remote workers.

Our clients are typically mid-sized ecommerce brands and you'll be working on a variety of tasks across a few different Craft CMS / Commerce projects at any one time, working on both new builds and existing site enhancements.

You’ll help to build out Craft sites, develop custom modules and plugins, integrate third party APIs, migrate site data, and help research and recommend solutions for our clients.

You’ll have several years of experience as a developer and be able to reference strong code examples but ultimately you should be capable of finding creative solutions to technical problems.

We’re looking for someone that is self-motivated but also happy to work collaboratively with our wider, remote team.

Skills & experience

• PHP frameworks such as Yii or Laravel
• Building websites with Craft CMS or similar
• Solid understanding of MySQL or similar
• Templating with Twig
• Version control using Git
• Using Composer as part of a modern build process
• Integrating sites with third party payment gateways and APIs
• Managing server configuration and understanding log files

Nice to have

• Ecommerce development with Craft Commerce
• Vue.js frontend framework experience
• Shopify app development
