Job Description

Our Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing & maintaining our clients' websites and content managements systems. Depending on the project, you'll work with a small team or as an individual contributor, while always having access to our leadership team.

Job Location:

Remote, with preference for US based and/or ability to overlap with ET & CT timezones.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building new applications, content management systems, and websites using Craft CMS and Craft Commerce.
  • Writing high quality, maintainable Twig code, knowing when to separate functionality into PHP modules and plugins.
  • Working with a data model in Craft, building out a design using Twig, or writing Craft plugins or modules in PHP. Our ideal candidates are equally comfortable in the front-end and back-end of the platform.
  • Collaborating internally with the project team during early design phases to help shape the scope and success of a project.
  • Ensuring quality assurance through thorough testing of websites, plugins, and integrations to identify and fix bugs and enhance products.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience creating Craft CMS websites & applications.
  • Understanding of how to write performant queries and, more generally, how to get the most out of Craft.
  • Experience building interfaces from designs, preferably from Figma and using Tailwind CSS
  • Demonstrable professional experience with at least one JavaScript framework, such as Alpine, React, Vue, etc. as well as writing vanilla JavaScript.
  • An eye for detail and a mindset of delivering quality over quantity
  • Willingness to work independently and learn new skills
  • Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment

Added bonus:

  • Experience with WordPress and/or headless content management systems such as Sanity.io
  • Experience with integrating systems via APIs (REST, GraphQL)
  • B.A. / B.S. or strong self-taught fundamentals in computer science
  • Professional certifications and/or educational degrees
  • A portfolio of past projects with code samples or GitHub links

Salary or Other Compensation

What we offer:

  • Annual base salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per year depending on location, skills, and experience
