Would you like to help us build web applications, plugins, APIs and innovative solutions and for charities, startups and government departments?
We’re a fully remote company, loosely based around the UK capital programming API’s, crunching big data and building applications. Alongside our development work we also provide a full digital assist service – working with content writers, academics and storytellers – providing annual reports, guidance documentation, social media graphics and animations for our clients.
We don’t outsource anything – everything we do is crafted in-house.
Our team of developers and designers are spread throughout the UK and Europe and regularly meet up London and Brugge for co-working sessions, client meetings and development sprints.
Overview
We’re looking for a self-starter who takes their work seriously and is responsible for their code output. You should enjoy the challenge of a diverse and complex project spread. You’re also comfortable traveling to London or Europe once every few weeks or so.
Does this sound like you?
You’ve got a proven, active history on Git. You’re regularly contributing code, submitting pull requests and pushing up commits. We work a lot with CraftCMS so you’re probably part of the Discord community there and maybe even use one or two of our plugins. You’re a friendly, organised and reliable individual who can listen to ideas just as well as providing solutions.
You’re big on clean, semantic code and leave comments in your files that can be understood by other developers without the need for clarification. You can take prototypes and develop them into working applications, integrating them within Craft CMS – happily configuring the CMS as well as building up twig templates using atomic design principles. You can switch over to working in Vue and can consume API’s for breakfast.
On top of this, you’re happy conversing on Slack, in scrum meetings and – when the need arises – willing to travel to London (paid of course) to speak with clients that have different levels of technical knowledge.

What we offer
Feel like this could be your next move?
Drop us an email, including a cover letter and your CV. We’d love to know at this stage why you want to work for us and what additional skills you could bring to our team.
What happens next?
You’ll be invited to speak with a member of our team (telephone, slack or zoom) to find our a bit more about the role. This will be very informal, it’s more to get to know each other than anything else.
If we think you’re a good fit for our team, you’ll be invited for a formal interview (probably over Zoom). We will discuss your qualifications, relevant work experience and skills to determine if you meet the requirements for the job role.
From here, successful candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview in London or Brugge (whichever is closer; travel & accommodation paid) to speak with our team and undergo a short technical problem solving skills test. This is to make sure you can do what you’ve said you can do – we won’t be setting impossible problems to watch you squirm – so it should be a breeze for the right candidate.
