We're on the hunt for a Web Developer to join us in the Steadfast Collective studio. You'll be joining a team of extremely talented creatives right here in Southampton.

 You will be working on a range of projects from large-scale hosting apps to dashboards and everything in-between. We're looking for someone who can work independently, is keen to grow and wants to join a team that is looking to make a difference to the web.

Our ideal partner:

• Is excited to build digital products that make the internet a better place. Creating value for the world.
• Is happy to adapt to a fast moving client and internal products work schedule.
• Has experience in building WordPress or CraftCMS themes & plugins.
• Has Experience and interest in working with Laravel.
• Has an understanding of GIT and modern workflow.
• Has an understanding of Photoshop or Sketch.

Nice to haves:

• Has designed and implemented API’s.
• Has integrated with an external API such as Stripe or Algolia.
• Has experience with Laravel Mix, and underlying technologies such as WebPack.
• Has worked with queue drivers.
• Has experience with a front-end JavaScript framework such as Vue, React or Angular.

Your time at Steadfast will be split 70% client projects / 30% internal products.
