We recently launched a website earlier this year for an accountancy practice (https://virtue.accountants/). One of the main features of this page was, to provide a tailored quote to visitors, depending on their needs.
The quote journey has 5 steps and then visitors are presented with a quote - if the client is happy they request for us to contact them and both Virtue Accountants and the client receive an email summary with their details.
The problem is, we do not recieve client details unless the client clicks on the 'proceed now' button and therefore we are not made aware of the client going through this journey. Ideally we would like to be prompted of the client visiting the page and obtaining a quote after stage 5 of the journey. We can then call the client and speak about their full requirements and we believe our conversion rates will be much higher as a result.
We'd like to work with a developer who can provide client details to us, and are aware it is not a big job unfortunetly the developers I worked with do not have capacity in the near future to update this, hence why I am posting here.
We are also working closely with a digital marketing agency who wish to add GTM plug-ins to the page, but are unable to do so as there is a licensing issue (Craft pro is running on Craft solo... although it mentions Craft Pro at the bottom of the page?!). I suspect this may be a small admin task but I would like this looking at too.
