Hi – I’m Josh, and I’ve been working with Craft almost exclusively since 2012. That’s 9 years of building, breaking, fixing and launching websites and applications on Craft.
I’ve worked with clients all over the world from all walks of life – B2B, B2C, DTC, enterprise, non-profit, little and large. All the acronyms, all the time zones, a fair few languages but one thing remains the same – and that thing is Craft.

Scottish Ballet
An award-winning, fashion-led website for Scotland’s national dance company. The site is built with a custom event management plugin that integrates with the Tessitura ticketing platform.
This project was completed whilst working for Supercool. -
Chichester Festival Theatre
A ticketing website for one of the UK’s flagship theatres. The site integrates with multiple Spektrix APIs, utilises a custom event management plugin and is capable of having large traffic spikes.
The infrastructure is scalable, has its own cache layer (Varnish) and has a unique system for pushing live updates through the cache.

Town Hall Symphony Hall
A ticketing website for the UK’s finest large-scale concert hall – Symphony Hall Birmingham, and its smaller but equally impressive sister venue Town Hall.
The site utilises a custom event management plugin, integrates with multiple Spektrix APIs and hosts its own API enabling promoters to publish content to the site.
The site is also capable of taking large traffic spikes due to being cached with Varnish.

City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra
A ticketing website for the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, built on a custom event management plugin with Spektrix ticketing integration.
It also updates some content on the Town Hall Symphony Hall website via a custom built API.

Birmingham Royal Ballet
An iceberg of a website for Birmingham’s renowned ballet company, built on a custom event management plugin with its own intranet for internal use.
The site also takes donation via a WorldPay integration.

mac birmingham
A ticketing website for one of the UK's biggest arts centres, built on a custom event management plugin with Spektrix ticketing integration.
The site makes use of Algolia to provide a complex yet intuitive event search and filtering tool to cope with the thousands of courses they offer.
