Marc Debiak is the Co-Founder and President of Paper Tiger, an award-winning digital agency based in Ridgewood, NJ founded in 2008. 

Paper Tiger is a boutique design-centric studio that does branding, digital design (web and mobile), and high-end development using platforms such as Craft CMS, Squarespace, Shopify, Laravel, and WordPress. The company has also branched into digital strategy, SEO, website hosting, and PPC advertising. Current and past clients include The New York Times, Google Marketing Events, BMI, Tyco Fire & Safety, and Harvard School of Public Health.

Marc has more than 20 years of experience founding and running small businesses and consulting with clients and friends to launch theirs. He has a deep understanding of guerrilla marketing, project management, resource allocation, administration, finance, and business development.

In addition to co-running Paper Tiger, Marc is also an active member of the production team there. Having been originally trained as a graphic designer, he has shifted much of his focus to web development and project management. He is a stereotypical “tech-nerd” but will likely punch you in the face for calling him that.
